Speakers

Gillian Cawthorne

​​​​​​​Corporate Relations Officer & Biodiversity Benchmark Coordinator, Wildlife Trusts

Gillian has a lifelong interest and appreciation of the natural world. She has a degree in Geology and Geography and also a Diploma in Countryside Management.  She has worked for The Wildlife Trusts for 20 years with 10 years in the Corporate Partnerships Team, helping to build common cause within the private sector in support of The Wildlife Trusts’ vision of a thriving natural world, with our wildlife and natural habitats playing a valued role in addressing the climate and ecological emergencies, and everyone inspired to get involved in nature’s recovery.  Gillian also co-ordinates The Wildlife Trusts’ Biodiversity Benchmark award scheme for land management - supporting businesses to achieve recognition for their hard work in transforming their land to nature-positive sites. With over 7,500ha of land now in Biodiversity Benchmark, this is something that Gillian is incredibly proud of.  Outside of work, Gillian is a member of her local bat group and can be found caring for stranded bats and rehabilitating them before returning them to the wild

Rhea Hutchins

Sustainability Professional Apprentice, MAPP

Rhea joined the MAPP Sustainability team in October 2025 as a Sustainability Professional Apprentice. Having come straight from Sixth Form and utilising the apprenticeship scheme as an alternative to university, she has been able to pursue her academic interests, whilst also gaining practical on the job learning.

She has attended many site visits, and enjoys learning about our clients, their needs and how she can make a positive impact. She has a particular interest in integrating biodiversity into day-to-day operational management of our assets.

Outside of work she enjoys reading and going on long walks with her family in the countryside!

Lindsey Randle

​​​​​​​Community Relationship Coordinator, Mira Tech Park

Lindsey has spent 15 years at MIRA Technology Park and is responsible for relationships with a range of stakeholders and community groups – from tenants on site through to local schools.

Lindsey’s role is very much about engagement and Lindsey works with the MIRA Tech Park team on the Biodiversity and Conservation school projects, STEM activities and tenant liaison.

Lindsey also chairs the Chamber of Commerce North Warwickshire Local Business Forum.  Lindsey was a double recipient of the ‘Community Award’ at the HORIBA MIRA People Awards

Antonia van Maris van Dijk

Sustainability Manager, MAPP

Antonia joined the MAPP Sustainability Team in 2021 as an assistant and has since progressed to Sustainability Manager. Her extensive background in ecology and project management equip her perfectly for advising on and delivering a wide range of real estate ESG projects. Her passion for conservation led Antonia to take on the role as MAPP’s nature and biodiversity lead, providing expert advice to embed nature recovery into property management.  She has introduced guidance and frameworks to upskill MAPP and clients in this area and drive tangible nature impacts.

Antonia manages sustainability services for the Portman Estate, Waypoint Asset Management and Pioneer Group and also plays a pivotal role in steering central working groups such as: MAPP’s corporate ESG strategy, MAPP’s net zero pathway, waste management and supply chain engagement. 

Outside of work you’ll most likely find Antonia out on walks, chasing down natural spectacles and looking for wildlife, playing volleyball with her local league or at choir practice.
