Overview

Join us for an engaging in-person event focused on learning, development and connection across the workplace and facilities management community.

We’re bringing together professionals at all stages of their FM careers to explore people development from multiple perspectives – as individuals, employers and leaders – while creating space for meaningful conversation and networking.

What to expect

The evening will include a series of short, informal presentations from 5.30pm, followed by open networking:

IWFM People Development SIG
A welcome and introduction to the SIG, highlighting why people development is essential not only for individual growth, but for employers and leaders across FM. The group will also share plans for the year ahead and invite attendees to help shape future activity by sharing what you would like to see from the SIG.
Orangebox – Event host
Orangebox will provide a short introduction and host the event at their stunning new showroom, offering attendees the opportunity to explore their innovative workplace solutions and product range.
IWFM Risings Network
A brief introduction to the Rising FMs and its focus on supporting emerging professionals within workplace and facilities management.

Following the talks, the event will move into informal networking, with opportunities to:
