The IWFM Impact Awards is the workplace and facilities management (WFM) sector’s most prestigious annual event. It celebrates and showcases outstanding best practice and ingenuity from an influential profession which touches many areas of life, including some of the greatest challenges facing economies and communities across the globe.

Sustainability, social value, wellbeing and productivity are just a few examples of WFM’s scope, which underlines both its importance and its impacts on organisations, the economy and society.

Previously called the IWFM Awards, the Awards re-emerged for 2020 – as the IWFM Impact Awards to underline the impact the profession has on the organisations it serves and to celebrate the people, processes and products making a daily difference to the workplace experiences of millions.

Entries come from a cross-section of organisations – regardless of size, type and sector – from across the world. This means that being a finalist, or a winner, is a true achievement and testament to the great work carried out by the individual, team, project, collaboration or organisation.

The IWFM Impact Awards highlight inspirational exemplars for the profession and the various industries it services. Our past winners act as a legacy for others to look to for inspiration and chart a history of how the WFM profession has evolved.

The 2026 Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday 8 October 2026 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London. The sector is evolving and IWFM challenges professionals and organisations to become drivers of positive change, realising the sector’s broader potential.

2026 is the year to not only manage but to transform, to innovate and to strive for excellence, creating the benchmarks which are celebrated by the Impact Awards. The Awards serve as an invaluable opportunity for networking, sharing best practices and discovering the sector’s latest developments. Expect to meet sector leaders, influential stakeholders and the next generation of WFM professionals.

In 2025 the IWFM Impact Awards marked its silver edition, underlining the profession’s progress and influence. In 2026, join us as the Awards continue this momentum — celebrating professional growth and excellence and recognising those making a lasting impact across workplace and facilities management.
