Joe Harrison is a strategic facilities management professional who helps corporate organisations turn FM into a high-performing, value-driving function. He specialises in aligning FM with business strategy, improving service delivery, and enhancing workplace experience. Known for his pragmatic, commercially focused approach, he works with leadership teams to unlock long-term value. He is also Chair of the London IWFM region, where he focuses on building a strong, connected professional community.
