Ian Batchelor
Ian Batchelor is a senior property and transformation leader with over 35 years of experience delivering complex change across financial services and corporate real estate. As Head of Group Property at Tokio Marine HCC, he leads property strategy across the UK and Europe, overseeing major workplace transformation programmes, sustainability initiatives, facilities management, and strategic supplier partnerships.
Throughout his career, Ian has successfully delivered large-scale property, operational, and business change programmes for organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, the Office for National Statistics, and Open Banking. He is recognised for his ability to align property strategy with business objectives, build strong executive stakeholder relationships, and lead high-performing teams to deliver sustainable, cost-effective outcomes.
Outside of work, Ian is an active volunteer with The Scout Association, serving as Chair of a local Scout Group near his home town of Fareham
