To apply for membership of IWFM complete our online application form.  For assessed grades of membership you may need to provide supporting documents to be assessed and you will also need to sign a declaration which you can download once you select your grade and entry route below.

If you don't have all of your supporting documents to hand you can send these to us after completing the application.
