IWFM Live! is coming, and it is set to be an unmissable new addition to the workplace and facilities management calendar. The day will bring together big thinkers, sector specialists and leading voices to explore the ideas shaping the future of our profession.

16 June 2026 will be a day to learn, connect and exchange perspectives, with a programme filled with insights and conversation. The first of our expert contributors is the excellent Tess Cope.

 

Tess is a globally recognised expert in cultural transformation and leadership development. For more than 25 years, she has helped organisations and their leaders thrive.
 
In 2009, she founded The Transformation Agency, driven by a passion for helping leaders, founders, and organisations design cultures where people flourish. She is actively working with senior leaders, and leadership teams across the UK, Europe, Asia Pac, Middle East and the US.
