Rhona Macleod

Principal Consultant, Investigo

I'm a mum of three boys and, like many women in FM and recruitment, I've had to balance building a successful career with family life.

After running my own recruitment business for a number of years, I experienced first-hand the challenges of juggling work and family at a time when flexible and home-based working wasn't as common as it is today. Joining Investigo has allowed me to continue doing what I love while benefiting from the support, collaboration and flexibility that comes with being part of a high-performing team.

I've spent over 25 years specialising in Facilities Management, Property and Built Environment recruitment, partnering with clients across the UK to deliver senior permanent appointments. Throughout my career, I've built long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and have always been passionate about helping people progress their careers.

I enjoy solving complex hiring challenges, sharing market insight and connecting great people with great opportunities. Whether supporting organisations with critical hires or helping candidates take the next step in their careers, my focus is always on building lasting partnerships and delivering a positive experience.

I'm passionate about supporting and championing women in FM and look forward to sharing experiences, insights and advice with the network.
