Overview

Join the IWFM North Region, in collaboration with the Rising FMs Network and the Customer Experience SIG, for an engaging evening exploring the future of the workplace. Through a panel discussion featuring industry experts across workplace strategy, customer experience, technology, AI and wellbeing, attendees will gain valuable insights into the trends and innovations shaping workplaces of the future.

The event will conclude with festive networking, drinks and a Christmas raffle, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals across workplace and facilities management to connect with peers ahead of the festive season.

Attendance is free for IWFM members. Non-members are welcome to join us and will be invited to make a voluntary cash donation to charity on arrival, which will include entry into the Christmas raffle. Members wishing to take part in the raffle are encouraged to bring cash on the evening.

Ella Gladwin

Degree Apprenticeship & Rising Star IWFM

Ella Gladwin is a Degree Apprentice at NG Bailey, studying towards a Chartered Business Management degree while building her career in FM. As part of her apprenticeship, she is rotating through different departments to gain a broad understanding of how an M&E business operates. So far, she has completed placements in operations, work winning and mobilisation.

Ella has recently won the Worshipful Company of Patternmakers' Future Young Leader Award 2026 and was a named finalist for the IWFM Newcomer of the Year Award. Alongside her role, she contributes to the IWFM Strategic Leaders Forum, supporting event management and is actively involved with IWFM Risings, helping to champion the development of early career professionals across the industry.

Her passion for leadership extends beyond FM through her personal initiative, The CEO Blueprint. The platform documents her journey from junior professional to aspiring leader while sharing insights and lessons with others at the start of their careers. Later this year, Ella will host the first CEO Blueprint pilot event in Manchester, designed to equip young people with practical networking skills and the confidence to build meaningful professional connections.
