The IWFM Scotland Conference 2026
Join us for a flagship event in the IWFM Scotland Region calendar, hosted in the prestigious surroundings of Murrayfield Stadium.
Taking place on Thursday 19 November 2026, this annual conference is centred around the theme FM at the Centre – leading the organisations of tomorrow, exploring how workplace and facilities management professionals are shaping strategy, driving innovation, and creating lasting organisational impact. The conference brings together senior professionals, industry leaders, and key partners from across the workplace and facilities management sector for a day of insight, innovation, and meaningful connection.
The day will begin with a high-quality breakfast reception with networking from 8am, setting the tone for a carefully curated programme of speakers and an inspiring keynote starting promptly at 9am. Delegates can expect strategic perspectives and practical insight throughout the day.

Facilities management sits at the intersection of people, place, technology and sustainability, making it one of the most powerful drivers of organisational success.
At the IWFM Scotland Region Conference, bestselling author and reluctant futurist Mark Stevenson will explore how FM professionals can become the architects of better futures. Known for helping organisations ask the right questions rather than simply finding better answers, Mark will challenge delegates to rethink traditional approaches and embrace new ways of working, investing and leading.
In a world facing rapid change, workplace and facilities teams are uniquely positioned to influence how organisations adapt, innovate and thrive. Mark's keynote will demonstrate how FM can move from supporting the business to shaping it, creating workplaces that are resilient, sustainable, human-centred and fit for the future.
This promises to be an energising and thought-provoking session that will leave delegates with a fresh perspective on the opportunities FM has to lead the organisations of tomorrow.
Alongside the conference sessions, delegates will have the opportunity to engage with over 20 exhibitors and take part in valuable networking in a professional and welcoming environment.
The conference will conclude at 3pm, leaving delegates informed, connected, and inspired. The IWFM Scotland Region AGM will then take place until 3.30pm for those who wish to stay.
