Dogan Denli MSc, PGCert, FIWFM is an experienced facilities management professional and Account Manager at Equans UK, with extensive experience in the delivery of complex PFI and outsourced FM contracts across the healthcare, education, residential, and commercial sectors. Throughout his career, he has specialised in contract management, asset and lifecycle strategy, operational performance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, helping clients maximise asset value while ensuring the effective delivery of critical services.

As a Fellow of IWFM, Dogan is passionate about raising professional standards within the industry, driving continuous improvement, and developing collaborative client partnerships. He is also committed to supporting the next generation of FM professionals and promoting excellence across the built environment sector.

Danielle has worked at IWFM for 5 years as the Member and Customer Experience Manager. Danielle’s career has been centred around customer service and supporting members. Previous to IWFM, Danielle worked at Which? Membership organisation as the Membership Retention Manager. Danielle has worked on developing new initiatives for the Institute to support members including the mentoring platform, a new experiential route for Certified and Live Chat so members can chat with us whenever they need to.
