Sanjiv Ramjee

Cobalt Consulting

My name is Sanjiv and I'm the Co-Founder of Cobalt Consulting, helping businesses to grow across LinkedIn, Amazon and TikTok.

Prior to setting up Cobalt Consulting, I spent 15 years in B2B software sales, working for large scale corporates like IBM to brand new tech startups in London.

I was also fortunate enough to work at LinkedIn for 7 years, working in the Sales Solutions business for 3.5 years and then the Talent Solutions business for 3.5 years. Whilst at LinkedIn, I was responsible for managing enterprise clients like Holland & Barrett, Jet2 & Checkout.com. This provided real insight into how businesses use LinkedIn, in particular what they do well and where opportunities exist on the platform.

I now partner with businesses to optimise how they use LinkedIn which includes their paid for subscriptions like Sales Navigator and Recruiter. I also help employees to effectively build their personal brand, run employee advocacy programmes and understand how best to approach LinkedIn.

From my experience there is a huge opportunity on LinkedIn. There are lots of people on the platform but many don't understand how to use it effectively through a lack of knowledge, time or both. This is what I help to change.
