On 8 June, IWFM will publish our Market Outlook Report 2026 – our annual, evidence-based assessment of the workplace and facilities management landscape. Sponsored by HSBC UK and informed by hundreds of sector voices, this year’s report arrives at a pivotal time for organisations across the UK.  

Titled Headwinds and Hard Choices: a call for insight and agility, the report reflects a sector navigating a more complex and uncertain operating environment. Drawing on insights from over 400 respondents, it examines how organisations are responding to shifting economic conditions, policy changes and evolving business priorities.
