Aliyah is a Senior Professional Development Advisor at IWFM with a strong background in careers and employability. She specialises in supporting professionals to advance their careers through tailored development programs.

David Tournay

Assessment Manager, IWFM

David Tournay is the Assessment Manager for the IWFM with responsibility for both the assessment of new applicants to the institute and its Professional Standards.  He has a long background in learning and development after years of working in the hospitality, FM, marine and aviation sectors.  This includes close involvement with apprenticeship and qualification design.

David is, therefore, keen to ensure that the application process starts a CPD journey for IWFM members.  For this reason, he has ensured that the application process mirrors the IWFM Professional Standards, helping to identify where further development can have the biggest impact.
