Join the Women in FM Network for an introductory webinar exploring a new Action Learning Set pilot designed to support women across the workplace and facilities management profession.
Action Learning brings small groups of peers together to work through real workplace challenges in a structured, confidential environment. Through listening, questioning and constructive challenge, participants help one another identify practical next steps while building trusted professional relationships.
This pilot has been created to support women who may be one of only a few women in their team, organisation or senior role, and who may have limited access to mentoring, leadership development or professional networks.
The session will explain:
- What Action Learning is and how it works
- What participants can expect from an Action Learning Set
- How the Women in FM Network pilot will operate
- The benefits of peer learning and professional support networks
The webinar is open to both IWFM members and non-members.
The Women in FM Network supports inclusivity across the profession and provides opportunities for networking, professional development and peer support for women working in workplace and facilities management.
